Bookings for readings both daytime and evenings are taken between the hours of 9.30am GMT to 5.00pm GMT, if calling before or after these hours leave a message on our call minding service with your name and number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We will try our best to undertake the booking for you at a time that you choose and that suits you. The latest booking we will take is 12.00am (Midnight)
We are happy to answer any questions you have before you have the reading so please don't be afraid to ask.
The cost of the call is included within the charge for the reading, as it is we who call you. So you will also need to give us a telephone number we can contact you back on, but if you would prefer to call us that is also fine but the charges will remain the same.

Minimum booking time 30mins
You will be charged for the reading at time of booking
We accept all major credit cards except American Express and Diners Club.
Should you make a booking and cancel it without notifying us in good time. UK clients will be liable for a charge of £5, International clients will be liabel for a charge of £15. If you cancel the reading and wish to hold it as a booking in lue we are happy to do this and will arrange another time that is suitable or more convenient for you.
Calls made to mobile phones will incur a charge of £9 per half hour on top of the cost of the reading inside the UK and £12 per half hour outside the UK.
